Hazlemere Fete Established 1860
Welcome to the Hazlemere Fete, one of the oldest and most beloved community events in Buckinghamshire. Now in our 164th Year it is incredible to think that our local treasure of an event began life at the same time as the American Civil War! Today it is firmly established as being by far and away, the largest village Fete of its type in the locality.
Held every August Bank Holiday Monday on the grounds of Sir William Ramsay School and in cooperation with the Hazlemere Community Centre and Hazlemere Youth Centre our fete has been bringing families, friends, and neighbours together for well over a century in celebration of local spirit, fun and community pride.
Our Fete attracts thousands of visitors for a day full of entertainment, activities and stalls, all set in the heart of Hazlemere. Entry and parking are completely free, ensuring that families can enjoy their day and choose how and where they spend their money.
Being at the heart of the community; our Fete is not just all about what happens on the day, for it is a hub, a Unifier, a supporter of good causes and a place where local charities, not for profit organisations and community projects have the vehicle to raise their desperately needed funds to ensure their survival.

Our Mission
To create a fun, inclusive and memorable day where everyone in Hazlemere and the surrounding communities can come together, have a great time, support good causes and celebrate local life.

Right now, we are urgently looking for volunteers to help distribute flyers across the local area in June and July.
